Mia combines her training in clinical Pilates and strength-based rehabilitation to design exercise programs that truly meet you where you're at. Whether you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or wanting to move and feel better in your everyday life, your program will be tailored to support your unique needs, goals, and body.
In a 1:1 session, Mia will guide you through a full movement assessment: including breathing, posture, and functional or orthopaedic testing. From there, you’ll receive a clear, individualised rehab plan that you can complete at home or take with you to the gym.
