Rebuild Your Core, From the Inside Out
This short core class is designed to help you slow down, tune in, and rebuild your core through intentional, low-to-the-ground movement. Using all fours and supine positions, you’ll learn how to activate your deep core by connecting breath, pelvic floor, and abdominals without pressure, impact, or intensity.Â
Please note this is an intermediate class. If you are new to exercise, or early postpartum this may not be suitable for you.
